a little late

So there was a little holiday about a month ago called Easter. Well I've been so lazy during my first trimester that I'm now just blogging about it. It was a pretty mellow day. My parents were driving back to St. George from California so they stopped by to hang out for the weekend. Dan cooked & we just hung out. I believe some of us didn't even shower. Thanks mom & dad for coming and bringing Carter a little something.

what's been going on

Carter, the one man band.

The boys went to see remote controls cars.

I don't get it, but they loved it.

We went to a little St. Patty's day carnival. This is not the best picture but it's the only one I got of my boys on a roller coaster.

a day at the park

Our neighbors told us about this cool park in North Las Vegas. It is a bit of a drive but so worth it! The park has a pond with ducks & geese & a waterfall, lots of grass, a sand area with dinosaur bones, picnic tables, & a playground. We have been twice now & wished we lived closer to it. Here are a few pics from one of the days.

We had a really fun Valentine's weekend, yes I said weekend because Dan & I celebrated early on Saturday. We enjoyed a nice lunch at Cheesecake Factory, thanks Grant for the gift card!

It was such a beautiful day that we ate outside. Here is the hubby with his Spicy Cashew Chicken...
